The tiara is formed with a rhinestone circlet base which is then embellished with delicate pearl and crystal flowers and airy spirals. Two layers of tulle form the veil which falls down the back to just below the shoulders. The top layer of tulle has pearls scattered across the veiling which add further elegance to the veil. - Within 30 days of the ship date, with all original tags still attached and in perfect saleable condition, your product may be returned to St. Patrick's Guild with a receipt for exchange or refund. Items returned for refund are paid back by the same method of payment which you originally used. Items returned without a receipt are credited with store credit. We do not require a return authorization number to process returns.
