Christmas note cards allow you to send an extended message to family and friends for the holidays. The stunning image on the front of the Holy Family Christmas note card is part of the Presentation of the Lord in the Temple mural which was painted by the monks in 1896 and is found at the Basilica of the Immaculate Conception at Conception Abbey. This note card features the portion of the mural that shows the Holy Family with Joseph holding the baby Jesus. In this unique presentation, Mary and Joseph are gazing at each other and you are left to wonder what thoughts are going through their minds. The dark colors used and the red cross pattern strip down the side add a dramatic touch to the seriousness of the scene although the baby looks content as he rests in Joseph's arms. The card measures 4-1/4 by 5-1/2 inches and is blank inside so there is generous room to include your holiday message and greetings.
There are 12 Holy Family note cards and envelopes. The Christmas season is about the birth of Jesus and this note card, although there are no words, perfectly gives us a picture of the birth of Jesus and how he was loved.
