This is the same 8 day sanctuary candle that many churches burn to honor the Blessed Sacrament's presence in their church. You can buy them by the piece if you don't need a full case of 12. All of our 8 day votive candles come from domestic church candle manufacturers who, with their chemists, have perfected the art of church candle burning over centuries of candle making. The candle is encased in glass as shown in the photo above.
