From the Veronese collection of Goldscheider of Vienna comes this mid-size St. Michael the Archangel statue. Made with their process of dipping resin in bronze, the St. Michael statue has the unique coloring that results from this process. The statue is then lightly and delicately hand-painted to accent and define certain aspects of the image being presented. The fantastic detailing of the Veronese collection is seen on the St. Michael statue when you look at the wings, robes and even the laces of St. Michael's boots.
The St. Michael the Archangel statue presents the traditional image of St. Michael about to slay Lucifer and the coloring and detailing of the statue make the image come alive. This statue of St. Michael is 14-1/2 inches high and 10 inches wide so does need to have some space available for displaying. This beautiful piece of art is sure to draw attention when displayed on a table, shelf, or home altar.
