The front of the 15/16" diameter sterling silver St. Christopher Air Force medal depicts the Air Force emblem. Flip the medal over to show the image of St Christopher, along with the words "United States Air Force". Our military medal comes on a 24 inch endless surgical stainless steel chain that is attached to the medal with a jump ring. The stainless steel chain is very durable and can withstand much wear and tear. The back side of our St. Christopher Air Force medal is also shown in our photo. St. Christopher is depicted carrying the Christ child. The words, "Saint Christopher Protect Me" is in caps along the outer border
