The St. Jude medal measures 3/4" in diameter wide and comes on a 24" silvertone chain that is designed to slip right over the head for easy wearing. St. Jude Thaddeus was the brother to St. James the Less and one of Jesus' 12 Apostles. He was martyred in Persia in the 1st century and his feast day is October 28th.
The St. Jude metal shows him holding a staff with a halo along with the inscription "St. Jude Pray for Us" around the edge. The back of the St. Jude medal is blank and comes with a laminated prayer card that measures 2-3/4”W x 4-1/4”H.
