This 1" tall Maltese 4-Way cross is a finely detailed sterling silver medal on a sturdy 24" rhodium-plated stainless steel chain. The 4-Way medal depicts the images of the Sacred Heart of Jesus (front of a scapular medal), the front of a Miraculous Medal, St. Joseph, and St. Christopher on the front. The back of the medal features Our Lady of Mount Carmel (backside of a Scapular medal), the "M" surrounded with stars (backside of the Miraculous Medal), and the statement "I am a Catholic. Please call a priest in case of an emergency" to protect your spiritual needs.
