Enhance your child's First Communion dress with this stunning deluxe satin silver finish miraculous medal pendant. The pendant measures about 7/8 inch and comes on an 18 inch rhodium plated chain making the pendant the perfect size for a young girl to wear. The pendant features the traditional image of Mary with her arms outstretched that is found on all the miraculous medals. Just inside the edge of the pendant are found the traditional words "O Mary conceived without sin Pray for us who have recourse to thee". The year 1830 found at the bottom of the medal is the year in which Mary appeared to St. Catherine three times and who is credited with the design of the medal.
