Our "first name" personalized sacramental print is a unique remembrance gift to commemorate the sacraments of Baptism, Reconciliation, First Communion, and Confirmation. The print includes only the child's first name and birth date. Your purchase of the personalized sacramental print includes a mat color of your choice. Mat colors include: blue, green or red that fit perfectly into an 8" x 10" frame which you need to purchase separately.
Please fill out the information fields on this product page to provide the "first name" ONLY and birth date. To avoid any delays with your order, all required information must be provided. Parents may fill in the Sacrament dates as they occur. Artist of this original print no longer writes the Sacrament dates on prints. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
