Shaped like a cross, the First Communion keepsake box has the words, "Blessings on Your First Holy Communion" printed in gold on the inside of an oval. The oval shape is rimmed with gold as is the top edge of the cross-shaped First Communion keepsake box. On either side of the oval is the wheat symbol colored with light green and yellow along with a girl in her communion dress and veil at the bottom of the cross.
