Each are printed on the front side of this Irish oven mitt while the back of the Irish oven mitt is pure green. Other exclusively Irish symbols are sprinkled in and around the Irish blessing. They include the shamrock, the Trinity knot, and a border of Irish knotwork. The Irish Blessing reads, "May the road rise to meet you, May the wind be always at your back, May the sun shine warm upon your face, May the rains fall soft upon your fields, and until we meet again, May God hold you in the palm of His hand.”
