This chain is made of stainless steel that is plated with rhodium and measures 24" long. The chain consists of sturdy links and is an endless chain so has no closure to open and shut. The length makes it a good length for young boys and girls as well as smaller women and enables the chain to fit over the heads of most people these ages. If you have a medal or pendant you have not been able to use because you have no chain, this inexpensive chain will enable you to attach the medal or pendant and actually get some wear out of them.
