A guide is included for you to use that suggests ways to possibly use You Shall Not Want if you so desire.
Each day addressed in You Shall Not Want has a morning prayer which is a Psalm or based on a Psalm. A phrase or idea from the Psalm is suggested to use as a mantra or guide throughout the day, and the day ends with pray and reflection on what the Psalm has meant to you as you went through the day. A couple ways suggested to add to the 30 day experience include keeping a prayer journal or making comparisons between the mantras of different days. There is no set way to use the readings so You Shall Not Want suggests that you skip a reading if it does not appeal to your or use a reading twice if it does appeal to you, whatever works for you.

What is your Return & Exchange Policy?
- Within 90 days of purchase date, your product may be returned to St. Patrick's Guild with a receipt for exchange or refund. Items returned for refund are paid back by the same method of payment which you originally used. Items returned without a receipt are credited with store credit. We do not require a return authorization number to process returns.
