This Miraculous medal necklace is made sterling silver and has an attractive border made with two accent flowers and other flourishes along with a blue epoxy finish. This detail on this Miraculous medal necklace adds a special presence to the traditional image which St. Catherine Laboure was instructed to create. The Miraculous medal is 3/4” in height and 1/2” in width and comes on an 18” surgical stainless steel chain, the preferred size chain for most teen girls and adult women.
The Miraculous medal necklace also contains all of the original elements of the Miraculous medals including an image of the Blessed Mother with the words "O Mary conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee" and the letter "M" with a cross and 12 stars, the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary on the back.
