A 4-way medal necklace is a popular way to wear this medal by both men and women, boys and girls. This 4-Way medal necklace is made of sterling silver and comes on an 18” surgical stainless steel chain. The 4-Way medal measures 1” in length and features the traditional images of the Sacred Heart of Jesus which represents the love of Christ for humanity at the top of the medal, St. Christopher on one arm carrying the Christ child, St. Joseph the earthly father of Jesus on the other arm, a miraculous medal which features Mary the mother of Jesus at the bottom of the medal and a dove in the center symbolizing the Holy Spirit.
