Our pewter St. Joseph medal is perfect for the celebration of a Confirmation, Communion, or other special occasions. The St. Joseph medal depicts him in the traditional portrayal of holding the Christ child and lilies. This handsome medal measures 3/4" in diameter and hangs on a 24" silvertone chain. In addition, a laminated St. Joseph prayer card is included with the medal necklace. A St. Joseph prayer is printed on the back. The St. Joseph prayer card measures 2-3/4”W x 4-3/8”H.
St. Joseph was the earthly father of Jesus and holds a high position of honor and veneration within the Church. His feast day is May 1. The St. Joseph medal honors him as a protector of workers as well as the patron saint of families, engineers, social justice, aviators, Belgium, Canada, carpenters, a happy death, and the universal church.
