This St. Benedict medal measures 3" long and comes on a 26"chord. This medal design was created by Pope Benedict XIV. On one side of the medal is an image of St. Benedict where on his right hand he carries the Monastic Rule of St. Benedict. On the other side of the medal are the initials of some important Latin verses that are further explained with the attached informational card which comes with the medal.
