Online Order Return Policy (except First Communion Dresses, Veils, Suits, and Shoes)
Within 90 days of purchase date, your product may be returned to St. Patrick’s Guild with a receipt for exchange or refund (unless an exception has been noted on an item's product page on the website). Items returned for refund will be paid back by the same method of payment which you originally used. Items returned without a receipt will be credited with store credit. We do not require a return authorization number to process returns.
To send us a return, simply choose your favorite shipping option. Please enclose a copy of your receipt, the reason for return, and the best phone number or email address at which we can reach you. We will then process your refund immediately.
However, unless St. Patrick's Guild made a mistake with your order, original order shipping cost will not be refunded.

In Store Return Policy
Within 90 days of purchase date, simply bring your return into our store. Please remember to bring your original receipt as well. Product returned without a receipt will be given store credit only. Items returned for a refund will be paid back by the same method of payment which was originally used.
However there are certain exceptions, for example some items in our Éireloom Collection are returnable only for store credit or other pure gold jewelry items that are made to order and considered special orders.

A Note on Special Order Items (i.e. Church Supplies that we do not normally stock): your order may be subject to a manufactuer's restocking fee if returned. We will strive to alert you to this possibility when your order is placed.

Please note that personalized items, unless a mistake has been made by St. Patrick's Guild, are non returnable. Also, we reserve the right not to issue a refund on any used or non salable merchandise.
