Our Lady appeared to St. Dominic and taught him the complete rosary, attaching 15 promises for those who prayed the rosary faithfully. Pope Pius V established the feast of Our Lady of the Rosary in 1573. On the Our Lady of the Rosary Holy Card Mary is shown holding Jesus as he gives a rosary to St. Dominic and she gives one to a Dominican nun. The inner two pages have information and history about this feast and the back has a novena prayer to Our Lady of the Holy Rosary.
