The Miraculous keyring is made of metal with a silver finish and has 3 wood beads in three colors: black, blue, and natural. In addition, there is a black nylon cord attached that has 3 silver beads at the knotted end. The thumb stone fob is designed with Miraculous Mary in the center and engraved words around the image.
The words read, “O Mary, conceived without sin, Pray for us who have recourse to Thee.” The thumb stone has an indentation on the back which allows the owner to hold or rub the stone when praying or meditating.
