In this set, a mini Divino Nino statue and holy card, are available for you to easily carry them in your purse or pocket. The clear, vinyl pouch holds both the mini statue and the holy card so they are kept safe until you are ready to use them. The mini Divino Nino statue is made of metal and measures 1-3/4 inches high while the holy card is 3”W x 3”H. The Divino Nino mini statue is a silver tone and the holy card is printed in full color featuring the Italian Fratelli-Bonella border design. The back of the Divino Nino holy card has the “Prayer to Divino Nino” that is perfect for devotional time, to meditate on, or to lift one’s heart in prayer anytime there is a need.
In the early 1900’s, Fr. John Rizzo was asked to obtain donations from the immensely poverty stricken people they served for a new church in Bogota, Columbia. He was heartsick in carrying out the task fearing an undue burden of the people and decided to pray to the Blessed Mother. While praying, he realized he had never taken his prayer requests to the Child Jesus and decided to from then on. Fr. Rizzo was then gifted with a vision of the Child Jesus standing with His arms outstretched saying, “Take me with you. I want to accompany you.” Fr. Rizzo was then filled with courage and successfully carried out his mission. This is now called a devotion to the Divino Nino. The beautiful Italian artwork illustrates the Child Jesus in the pink robe with outstretched arms and is a popular devotion. "Yo reinare" is printed across the base of the mini Divino Nino statue and means, "I will reign."

- Within 90 days of purchase date, your product may be returned to St. Patrick's Guild with a receipt for exchange or refund. Items returned for refund are paid back by the same method of payment which you originally used. Items returned without a receipt are credited with store credit.
