Looking for a unique presentation of the Nativity in metal? This design is one to check out. Measuring 5-1/2"w x 4-3/8"H, the metal portrayal of Joseph, Mary, baby Jesus, Angel, lamb, 2 cherubs and the crèche is completely unique. While designed to be a stand alone, thin representation of the Nativity, the detail on each element including the star is eye-catching. Even the tail of the star shows movement lines. The faces and robes of each figure are intricately cast in the metal. In addition, featured at the top is, "Glory to the New Born King" engraved into the top of the crèche.
How does it stand up? There are 2 round bases attached underneath each of the bottom corners of the crèche. The metal Nativity is approximately 1/8" thick. A detail such as the lantern Joseph is holding along with this shepherd's crook is compelling. The 2 cherubs about the Holy family are each sitting on hay playing musical instruments. There's more to feast your eyes on, but suffice to say the metal Nativity scene is complete and perfect for use in apartments, assisted living situations, a shelf and more. - Within 90 days of purchase date, your product may be returned to St. Patrick's Guild with a receipt for exchange or refund.
