Here we have a lovely inspirational Madonna statue from Joseph Studio. The statue, sometimes called "Innocence", is 6' high and has the Madonna holding a sleeping Jesus and a little lamb making this statue rich with spiritual symbolism. Jesus sleeps securely in Mary's arms while the little lamb snuggles close unafraid. The Madonna, Child and Lamb statue is made of a resin/stone mix and beautifully painted. The detailing, as is usual for Joseph Studio, is wonderful from the clothing the figures wear to the lamb's wool.
This Madonna statue presents such an image of peace and security you wish you could be there.
