This new Lectionary for Mass Supplement has the updated citations, corrections and new saints that were confirmed by the Holy See since the revision made to the four volume Lectionary in 1988-2002. Included are readings in the Proper of the Saints for those canonized since 2002, the liturgical celebrations transferred to new dates and readings suggested by the Holy See. One special highlight is the collection together of the readings and Psalms for the Mass for Giving Thanks to God for the Gift of Human Life which were once scattered throughout the four volumes and are now collected in one location.
Other features include gold foil stamping on the front cover, acid free text paper chosen specifically for opacity, bright white paper that makes the black text easier to read, a more efficient layout that reduces page turns and references at the bottom of the pages to help make locating the readings easier. A ribbon marker is included to help keep track of where you are in the supplement.
