Painted under the pseudonym of H. Zabateri, this version of the Last Supper was actually painted by Austrian artist Hans Zatzka. Zatzka studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna in the late 1800s and today he is known as a painter of religious compositions, allegorical subjects and mythological images.
