This Holy Baptism medal is a wonderful remembrance to give to commemorate the Baptism of a new baby. The medal is 5/8 inch round and features a high relief image of water being poured over a child being baptized while a dove hovers close by. The words "Holy Baptism" are found written around the outer edge of the medal. This lovely Baptism medal is made in the USA of the finest grade sterling silver and comes with an 18 inch surgical stainless steel chain which resists tarnishing and corrosion. The medal is die struck and then finished with an antique finish which pulls out the fine details of the medal. It is then hand etched by New England craftsmen and given a lacquer finish to prevent tarnish.
