The Day the Sun Danced The True Story of Fatima is an animated DVD for children telling the story of the appearance of Mary to three children in Portugal in 1917. Although the children told others of the appearance of the "lady" who had told them many great and marvelous secrets they were not believed until the day a miracle happened and the sun "danced in the sky".
The DVD is from a Saints and Heroes collection and has been digitally remastered. It runs 30 minutes, is a wide-screen version and comes in color. This is a delightful way for young children to learn the story and the importance of the appearances of Mary at Fatima and the miracles that now occur there. The animation makes it appealing to children as they learn that Mary appeared to children to give the world her important messages. It is presented for children and is suitable for all ages.
