Product Description
Children receive small mementos when they participate in Holy Communion for the first time. This Communion keepsake box gives them an attractive and safe way to store those smaller mementos. The box is made of lovely mahogany and measures 4 inches long and 2-1/2 inches wide. The interior bottom of the box is lined with velveteen which adds to the attractive look of the keepsake box and helps prevent scratching of keepsakes placed inside. The cover features an opening in which you find an image of a chalice with wheat and grapes, the symbols of the bread and wine of the Eucharist.
A small photo of your choosing could replace this Communion image. The cover also features a laser cut design of wheat and grapes surrounding the opening in the middle of the cover. The words "God bless you on your special day and forever" are found across the top of the cover while "First Holy Communion" is found under the opening in black script adding to the First Communion aspects of the box. This attractive Communion keepsake box makes not only a nice commemorative gift for the special occasion but gives the young person an attractive and safe place to put tokens, jewelry, rosaries or any of the other small mementos received for Holy Communion.
