The book is a board book and starts with a wake-up prayer and ends with a bedtime prayer so the whole day is covered. In between are prayers for activities that take place all day long such as playtime prayers and gratitude prayers. The book also includes little activities for some prayers such as holding hands and dancing in a circle when the prayer being grateful from friends is said or picking one thing that God has created that the child is thankful for when the gratitude prayer is said.
