The entire length of the cardinal memorial wind chime is about 17 inches from the top of the hanger to the bottom of the sail. The sail hangs at the bottom by a chain connected to the bottom of the cardinal figurine at the top. The sentiment on the sail reads, “When a cardinal appears, an angel is near.”
