All of our 6 day votive candles come from domestic church candle manufacturers who, with their chemists, have perfected the art of church candle making with centuries of quality candle making experience. Please don't buy inferior imported church candles or refills made with lower melting point paraffin that will result in scorched liquid wax and candle smoke on your church or sanctuary walls.
The plastic that is used in our 6 day votive candles has been tested, retested, and approved for use in votive candle stands and church sanctuary light globes. If there is a situation where the votive candle wick inadvertently touches the vinyl that encloses the candle, the vinyl is manufactured to close down over the flame and safely extinguish it.
Church candles are more complicated than you might think! Candle wick size, paraffin or beeswax melting points and shape all affect the performance of your church candles. The candle wax is not just there to 'stop' the wick from burning, but also provides the fuel to make the candle burn for the desired amount of time affects how cleanly the candle burns. Add to that different candle ends, sockets and church candle burners, air movement in a church sanctuary, and you have many different factors that can make or break your candle burning experience. What is your Return & Exchange Policy?
- Within 90 days of purchase date, your product may be returned to St. Patrick's Guild with a receipt for exchange or refund. Items returned for refund are paid back by the same method of payment which you originally used. Items returned without a receipt are credited with store credit. We do not require a return authorization number to process returns.
- To send us a return, simply choose your favorite shipping option. Please enclose a copy of your receipt, the reason for return, and the best phone number or email address at which we can reach you. Once received, your refund is processed immediately.
