You can give a young boy a combination of some of the traditional gifts given for First Communion when you give him this Communion folder set. The folder is made of attractive black leatherette and has a zipper to keep the items safely enclosed in the folder. You find included a chalice pin, a rosary whose centerpiece matches the chalice pin and a book that has some of the traditional prayers of the Church plus the Mass. The case measures 5" high and 6-1/2" wide so is easy for the boy to carry and allows him to safely store the items when not in use.
The items in the folder are all things the boy has probably talked about in his First Communion class. The book gives him a way to participate in the Mass more fully, the rosary he has probably learned about in class and the pin can be worn, not only for First Communion, but for any religious occasion such as church on Sunday.
