Product Details
This beverage mug comes from Belleek of Ireland known for their fine china pottery. The mug measures 4 inches tall and features a combination of basket weave design and the hand painted shamrocks for which Belleek has become known. The shamrocks are painted in various shades of green and artisans at Belleek have been using these basket weave and shamrock designs since the 1880's. The beverage mug is meant to be used so is dishwasher and microwave safe. It is lovely enough to keep on display on a table or shelf when not in use. Notice how the stems of the hand painted shamrocks flow towards the handle of the mug and help to form the handle design. The handle is designed to look like vines or wood which gives a pleasing contrast between the handle and the overall design of the beverage mug.
