This lovely Irish Blessing ornament is made by Belleek. The Irish blessing ornament is hand made in Ireland and is made from the finest Parian China. Measuring 3 inches tall, the ornament is designed as a miniature plate and comes with a dark green cord for hanging. The face of the miniature plate ornament has a nostalgic Irish village scene featuring a cottage with a thatched roof and a couple of figures, which could be a child and grandparent, walking along a snow covered path. The traditional Irish blessing that starts "May the road rise to meet you" is found on the ornament in its entirety.
Beautiful detailing and hand painted shamrocks for which Belleek is noted are found around the rim of the Irish Blessing miniature plate ornament. This ornament would be a very special gift to give to almost anyone but would be especially appreciated by someone of Irish heritage since the miniature plate features so many aspects of the Irish culture and comes from Ireland'’s own famed Belleek company.
