This unique Advent jigsaw puzzle gives the family and/or children a fun activity to help pass mark the waiting during the Advent season. The Advent jigsaw puzzle has 1,000 pieces that are placed in 24 small boxes designed to be opened each day during Advent. Box by box, day by day, puzzle pieces are obtained and assembled to put together a happy Nativity scene. The Advent jigsaw puzzle features the Holy Family, a hovering angel, shepherds, the three kings, and cute animals that are sure to be attractive to children. The puzzle piece boxes have a number boldly presented inside an ornament so you know which box to open during Advent. The puzzle measures 26-5/8” across and 19-1/4” high when it is completed so can be put together on almost any table without taking up a lot of room.
Used as a family activity, the Advent jigsaw puzzle gives parents a perfect opportunity to talk about the Nativity story with their children and to emphasize the true meaning of Christmas. It could also be used in a religious education class for smaller children again giving a teacher the chance to talk about the true meaning of Christmas.
