Enhance your child’s First Communion dress with this stunning sterling silver miraculous medal pendant.  The pendant measures about ¾”H x ½”W and comes on an adjustable 16-18 inch platinum plated brass chain making the pendant the perfect size for a young girl to wear.  The miraculous medal pendant features the traditional image of Mary with her arms outstretched that is found on all the miraculous medals.  The lovely beveled edge gives a unique look to the medal while adding to its interest.  Just inside the beveled edge are found the traditional words “O Mary conceived without sin Pray for us who have recourse to thee”.  The year 1830 found at the bottom of the medal is the year in which Mary appeared to St. Catherine three times and who is credited with the design of the medal.

This miraculous medal pendant, also known as the Immaculate Conception medal, will be lovely and special when worn for First Communion but is also a pendant that can be worn for many occasions and many years to come.  It is delicate looking so is perfect to accessorize a First Communion dress.  The pendant comes in a gift box.
