Celebrate the blessed Carlo Acutis in your parish to inspire young and old. Carlo Acutis is scheduled to be canonized in September 2025 to become the first millennial saint. This large Carlo Acutis statue is made from resin and measures 47”H including the base. It is hand painted with South American artistry and celebrates this remarkable young Italian who dedicated his brief life to faith and helping others. He is known for his deep devotion and use of technology to spread Catholic teachings and was beatified in 2020. His feast day is October 12th and he is the patron saint of the internet since he used it to spread his faith.
This large Carlo Acutis statue shows him in his favorite attire with his sunglasses and backpack. There is an “IHM” emblem on the front of his shirt. He was an avid teenage techie who loved coding, video games, soccer, and animals. Many young people can identify with his being a little “different” at school and in the pizzerias, and on the soccer field. In addition to his fun hobbies, he spent time teaching catechism classes and serving in soup kitchens. Carlo loved to attend daily Mass and frequent Eucharistic adoration.
