This lovely 4-way medal is the perfect gift to give a young man for just about any occasion. The medal is made of sterling silver, is about 3/4"W x 3/4”H and comes on a 24” rhodium plated chain. The arms on the 4-way medal have four different images which include the Sacred Heart of Jesus, Mary, St. Joseph and St. Christopher. The back of the medal has the message "I am a Catholic. Please call a priest" and is important information to have if the wearer is in an accident or unconscious.
