The 4 way medal is, like the name indicates, 4 medals found on one cross pendant. The medals include the Sacred Heart of Jesus at the top of the cross, a Miraculous Medal at the bottom, St. Joseph on the left and St. Christopher on the right giving you four popular images on one cross. The 1-1/16”H 4 way medal cross pendant is made of gold plated sterling silver and hangs on a 20” gold plated chain.
The 20” chain length is long enough to hang down the front of a shirt, dress or sweater, but not as long as our 24” chains designed for adult men. Therefore, this 4 way cross necklace is the perfect size for a teen age boy, teen age girl or adult woman to wear for any occasion.
