The round medal on our St. Sebastian necklace is crafted from the finest sterling silver and measures 3/4" in diameter. St. Sebastian was an early Christian martyr. Legend has it that he was sentenced to death by arrows. The arrows failed to kill him and after his miraculous recovery, he was sentenced to death by clubbing. He is the patron saint of athletes, archery, funeral directors, gardeners, potters, iron and lead workers.
The medal on the St. Sebastian necklace hangs on a 20" clasped surgical stainless steel endless chain that is made to be resistant to corrosion and tarnishing.
