Overall the olive wood St. Benedict crucifix measures 2-1/2”H with a silver oxidized medal and corpus. The cross is made from real olive tree wood that is trimmed each year for the health of the tree. Wood carving is rooted in traditional carving methods passed down from generation to generation. The St. Benedict medal is set inside the center with other carved details on the arms of the cross. It is plain on the reverse side.
